Who are DC21
DC21 was formed in 2009 and is a leading service provider specialising in maintenance, upgrade and repair of Endurance E Series and X Series wind turbines.

We are the only original Endurance turbine dealer in the mainland UK that has been under the same ownership since the beginning of the Feed-in-Tariff (FIT) scheme.
Update of Software and Monitoring System
Prior to the collapse of Endurance and given the fact that the current software was proving to be a liability, DC21, in conjunction with Visual Wind, developed an alternative and more reliable remote monitoring system
Within six weeks of Endurance going bankrupt DC21 had migrated all its turbines to the new software, WindSync.
Our Turbines
DC21 owns and operates 12 wind turbines across the UK. Our first wind turbine was installed in 2011, the first E-3120 in West Yorkshire, which we lovingly named, Rita. Rita is situated on the highest hill in Huddersfield and generates an impressive 250,000 kWh/year.

Rita has a younger sister: Victoria was installed in 2016 just 200 meters to the South and was our last E-3120 installation at the end of the Feed-in-Tariff scheme.
Nearby is Grace, just to the North of the M62, this has proven to be one of the windiest sites in the UK and is certainly proving a tough challenge for the E-3120. Grace will be getting a full upgrade in 2021 and will serve as a great testing ground for DC21’s overhaul package.

Centre of Operations
From our facility in West Yorkshire, the DC21 team ensures all turbines are monitored to maximize yield and return on investment. Live monitoring also allows our engineers to be notified of turbine shutdown or any technical issues that may arise.
Our facility comprises 3,500 ft² of workshop space and 2,000ft² of secure storage space to accommodate Endurance turbine overhauls and spare parts including new and refurbished E3120 turbine blades.
The DC21 team involves over 20 members across O&M, Human Resource, Legal and Administration.
